RatedbyLeaders exists for one reason: to give senior leaders honest, independent information about executive development providers. This policy explains how we protect that independence.
No company can pay to change, remove, hide or improve a review or a score. No subscription tier, partnership, advertising arrangement or commercial relationship of any kind affects review content or ratings. This applies without exception.
Companies can subscribe to respond to reviews, present their profile, list their programmes, capture enquiries and improve their visibility in search placement. Paid visibility is about presence, never about ratings. Scores are calculated solely from verified participant reviews and are identical in their treatment whether a company pays us nothing or subscribes to our top tier.
Where companies appear in search and category pages reflects a combination of review scores, review volume, verification rates and subscription level for placement features. A paid placement is positioning, not endorsement. A company on our top tier with poor reviews will display poor reviews. We will never present a low-rated provider as highly rated.
Reviews supported by proof of participation carry our 100% Verified badge. Reviews without proof are published as unverified and can be formally challenged by the company concerned. We investigate challenged reviews and remove any we cannot reasonably stand behind. We also remove reviews we believe to be fake, incentivised, written by competitors, or in breach of our review integrity policy, regardless of whether they are positive or negative.
Any commercial relationship, investment or affiliation between RatedbyLeaders and a listed provider that could reasonably be seen to affect impartiality will be disclosed on that provider's profile. Our team members do not review providers, and providers cannot review themselves or their competitors.
