These terms govern your use of RatedbyLeaders (the "platform"), operated by RatedbyLeaders. By browsing the platform, registering an account, or submitting a review, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must be 18 or over to create an account or submit a review. By using the platform you confirm you meet this requirement.
You may not write a review of a company if you have a conflict of interest. This includes being employed by that company, being an immediate family member of someone who is, or having any financial interest in the outcome of the review.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, by contacting hello@ratedbyleaders.com.
Company accounts are subject to a verification check before full access is granted, see our claim verification process for details. We may restrict, suspend or terminate any account that fails verification or that we reasonably believe was created fraudulently.
A review must reflect a genuine experience you personally had with the company or programme being reviewed. You must not write, submit, or be involved in procuring a fake review, meaning a review that does not reflect a real experience, or one written to manipulate a score in either direction.
Your review remains your own content. You can request that we remove a review you wrote at any time by contacting us, though we may retain a record of it where we are required to for verification or legal purposes.
We moderate every review before it is published, see our Review Integrity Policy for exactly how. We may decline to publish, or may remove, a review that breaches these terms, contains unlawful content, or discloses someone else's personal information.
You must not offer or accept any incentive, discount, payment, free product or otherwise, in exchange for writing, editing or removing a review.

When you register interest in a company or programme, we pass your name and contact details to that company so they can respond to you directly. RatedbyLeaders is not a party to any agreement you subsequently enter into with that company, except where you choose to complete a purchase directly through the platform, in which case our direct purchase terms below apply.
Some companies, depending on their subscription, may offer programmes, courses, events or coaching for direct purchase through RatedbyLeaders. Where you choose to buy this way:
The RatedbyLeaders name, logo, scoring methodology and platform design are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce or commercially exploit any part of the platform beyond the content you yourself contributed, without our written permission.
The platform is provided "as is". We do our best to verify reviews and keep the platform running reliably, but we do not guarantee that any review is free from error, that the platform will be uninterrupted, or that any company listed will meet your expectations. We are not liable for the conduct of any company or leader using the platform, or for any agreement you enter into with a company found through it, except as set out in section 6 above regarding direct purchases.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new version here with an updated date. Continuing to use the platform after a change takes effect means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
